ONSIte TRaining
Training at your location is a convenient, inexpensive way to deliver training to your staff. If you don't have a training room, a board room or meeting room will do nicely. If you don't have computers these can be provided and the setup taken care of.
 
PRIVATE CLassroom training
Unlike many training companies who offer a public scheduled class we can offer you a private class at a location convenient to your staff. Please note that the room rental costs are an additional cost and can vary depending on location.
 
 
REMOTE training
The best way to describe this is its like having an invisible instructor. The instructor can see what you're doing and can control your machine. You can see the instructor machine. You talk with instructor just like a regular class. Class is limited to 3 students.
 
ONSIte HELP
We can come to your office location and develop reports from scratch for you or just help you troubleshoot existing reports. We work together to develop your skills. A great way of becoming more self sufficient.
 
 
REMOTE HELP
We will talk you through letting us to remotely share control of your machine. Then we can walk and talk you through developing your report. Watch us work on your report and learn how to troubleshoot from an expert. By sharing control of the mouse we work very closely with you and go at your speed.

Crystal Reports Level 1
 2 days. Probably the most popular course we train. Start to build your skills here.

Crystal Reports Level 2
3 days. A great course to develop real reporting know how. Learn now to deal with some of the most common challenges in Crystal Reports.
Crystal Reports Accelerated
3 (option for 4 days). Covers both level 1 and level 2 material in 3 (or optionally 4) days instead of five. The course is aimed at students who want to learn at a much faster pace with less hands on exercises. The number of days depends on the level of experience of the students. The course is generally suited to IT professionals with previous report development experience.(The course is normally run onsite at the client location.)
Crystal Reports Custom
We can combine topics from our level 1 or level 2 to create a custom outline. The duration varies based on the topics chosen.
Introduction to SQL
1 day. Learn how to write SELECT statements, WHERE clauses, HAVING clauses, UNION joins and Sub SELECT statements.
